Leaves Turned

These two pieces (Leaves Turned and Love Revisited) are part of my Nature at It's Finest Series. The leaves, flower petals, and Eucalyptus are all from flowers arrangements that either my wife gave to me or I gave to her.  These pieces represent love and happiness. 

Leaves Turned also has palm strips from a branch that fell out of one of our palm trees. The leaves had turned color after drying for weeks.  The palm trees are part of our Floridian world and yet simple.  A reminder of life.  The flower petals are a reminder of love.  This piece is about the gift of love and life.  Simple yet necessary to all of us.
